Chad B Freeman is an explorer and lifelong learner, originally from Idaho and now rooted in Los Angeles after nearly a decade in Monterey. The middle of five wildly different brothers spanning three decades, I grew up in a uniquely eclectic family.
Moving often as a kid (eight schools, including college) taught me to be the “happy new guy”—open, adaptable, and quick to connect. That mindset has enabled me to thrive in ever-changing environments and connect easily with people of all ages.
Shaped by entrepreneurial parents, formal education, and varied work experience, I found my home in consulting and coaching and have been honored to do it for almost 20 years. I love collaborating with both emerging ventures and established teams, bringing ideas to life while also helping to cultivate a culture that is worthy of celebration.
Working independently has given me the freedom to explore the world. From solo road trips to global travels through Europe, Australia, and Ecuador, I’ve deepened my appreciation for the shared humanity that connects us all and look forward to bringing that understanding to your organization.
